Dr. Farjo is an excellent doctor but the PA and MAs need to be more careful when they are talking about patients so rudely and openly. I was feeling very uncomfortable when the PA came into the room after hearing them all discussing me in what seemed to be a very rude and impatient way. I haven’t seen the doctor in a while and there were a few body parts causing me issues so I was just wondering what they were able to look at today and she politely told me only 2 body parts. Then went in an open area next to my room while my door was open directly next to it and proceeded to make snarky comments about how I wanted her to X-ray my whole body and she wasn’t going to while her and the PA laughed. Then the PA (Chris) said something about how I was seen 6 years ago and he doesn’t know why I’m here for a follow up. (I had a surgery *7* years ago from Dr. Farjo. At the time I was young and irresponsible and didn’t follow up with my PT the way I should have so I was coming just to make sure I healed correctly.)

Love everything about this office. I have been seeing Dr. Farjo for a couple of years now. He has a kind chairside manner and gives a thorough exam. He always answers any questions I have about different issues that come up with my eyes. The assistants are also very efficient at what they do.

Dr. Farjo is wonderful. Not only is he knowledgable and skilled, he has an excellent manner with patients. He takes time to explain things, tell you what to expect, answer questions, discuss concerns, and walk you through pending procedures to help calm your fears. He has a calm, measured manner that is very reassuring and really makes you trust him. I have been seeing him annually for years and he recently performed cataract surgery that changed my life. I would recommend him enthusiastically to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Farjo for many years. He is a gentle, caring man who is a gold standard in patient care. He recently did cataract surgery on left eye and will be entrusted to do my right eye in two weeks. If you are looking for a doctor who is experienced and provides his patients with excellent care, he is highly recommended and will not disappoint

Dr. Farjo was great. His medical assistant was very friendly. However, his scheduling staff is very rude and difficult. I needed a follow-up appointment for a stye that I have had for more than 6 weeks and was asked if I use a hot compress when I attempted to schedule. I told them that I regularly do the use one last time I tried to schedule and could not get an appointment. (I'm confused. Does my condition not warrant a follow-up appointment? ) Also, I have been unable to get an appointment at 3:00 PM or later. I work during the day and was able to get an appointment at 3:10 as a new patient. From that point on I made several attempts to make an appointment at 3:00 PM or later and was told that it is not possible and was offered a 2:40 PM appointment as the latest. I was then informed that appointments at 3:00 PM or later are not at all possible unless I call the day of-then it could be possible.

I was diagnosed with Fuch’s Syndrome (which affects both eye corneas) when I was in my mid 40’s. When the conditioned worsened later in life I visited Dr Farjo for treatment. Dr. Farjo is simply the best!!! He performed cataract surgery on my right eye and changed my life! I went from seeing very poorly to 20/15. He is attentive, addressed all my questions, and made me feel at ease. I would not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Farjo!

I had a shoulder replaced a few years ago in another state. I moved to Brighton and needed a manipulation. He refused to work on another doctors patient even though the initial surgeon was 2000 miles away. As a doctor your job is to help people, not to turn them away due to pride or fear of liability. It's ok, if he does not want to see me, I definitely don't want to see him
