Excellent Specialty Care Quite frankly, the traffic to get there is the worst part of it. Although it is better than having to go from Howell or Fowlerville to Ann Arbor. These are excellent specialists. Jennifer is awesome along with whoever does the sleep studies. They get you in and out in a timely manner. Remember this is a hospital and it takes patience being a patient before you say they took too long. They didn't. There are times where they are busy. To add to everything these people are also very organized. They know what's up

The pre-op and post-op nurses here are so genuinely kind.

I love that we have the option of my son's care with his specialist being here but the check in staff is not always courteous. We wait in a long line while they discuss personal matters and the line meanwhile on numerous times has gone out the inside doors from the Ortho and rehab area at one time with 16 people in line and not one green light for 6 minutes. The one time I asked if they could help us I was told it will be just a minute we are discussing behind the scenes matters. They we're discussing filling each other shift for the next week. It has seemed to be like this the last four or five times we've been here.

6 weeks of radiation treatment, and I chose to drive to this clinic from Midland every day. Dr. Dragovic was amazing, and Nurse Victoria is wonderful! She is so caring and helpful.

My daughter had surgery. She had such a great team of people that genuinely cared about her; it was so nice. Their care for her helped ease my anxiety during the whole process. Everyone here is awesome; thank you all so much. 😊

Very easy to know where your going and people are very helpful, but one lady at the front desk was a little off, and didn't provide a good service but she still got the job done. Besides that the staff are nice and I recommend this place!

I've been going to the Brighton Center for care for the last 5 years! I have 4 Drs I see there. Today I had Labs done and annual Mammogram screening. I was in and out in 1 hour. Girls are alway polite and handle you with such care! Several weeks ago I was extremely late for a Rheumatologist appointment due to accident on 23. I thought I may have to reschedule. I was able to keep close telephone contact with updates as to where I was. My Dr sent a message to front desk and told me no worries she'd wait! I was about an hour late and had to wait a bit but that was alright. I sure appreciated that! Have been very pleased with my care there.

This place deserves no stars!! Went to have an appointment with Kemp for my 6 year old grandson only to be told that the appointment was canceled. Never received a phone call, no text, and no message on the portal. The communication in this place is atrocious. Will make sure to never refer any of our patients to U of M again.
