I felt super comfortable for my appointment and I also felt validated and I appreciated feeling like I could ask a question and not feel dumb or pushed to the side. I am very hopeful for where this journey can take me and I appreciate feeling like I matter after getting no where with all the other doctors I’ve seen in the past

The office staff is so caring and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

My first procedure was filled with stress and anxiety, Dr. Weinman did not do anything to aid in those feelings but give us a prescription and send us on our way saying "good luck." When we didn't get pregnant that month, I reached out to the clinic and asked what my next steps are. I was called by a nurse telling me my next steps that were never discussed with us. Over the duration of this phone call, the nurse read my chart to me and not one part of Weinman's notes matched up with what she told my husband and I. Dr. Weinman truly did not care about communicating with us regarding our fertility journey. After this incident I requested to be moved to Dr. Gago - they pushed me off 3 months to meet with her. I finally convinced them to give me a virtual appointment with her. She was an hour late to our appointment and clearly was inconvenienced by our request to meet with her. We expressed our issues with Dr. Weinman which she also just brushed off.

I've been with three clinics and this has been my best experience! Everyone was very welcoming and explained things to me. I felt like they were listening to me and taking what I had to say into consideration.

My wife and I visited Dr. Gago over 7 years. We rarely ever actually saw her, and when we did, It often felt as though she was talking down to us. We had “unexplained infertility” we tried procedure after procedure and spent tens of thousands of dollars at her clinic. Ultimately frustrated after years of highly emotional & painful procedures, we decided to change providers & within just a few appointments & a matter of only two months our fertility issue was identified. Our new doctor was able to help us develop a treatment plan that has allowed us to become parents. He also seemed to genuinely care about us & our past experiences. The plan at the Gago clinic would probably never have resulted in pregnancy. If you are visiting the Gago clinic, and have “unexplained infertility” seek another opinion before you waste your money but even more importantly your time, and emotional endurance. I will never recommend this clinic and have deterred friends from visiting this clinic.

Everyone is so caring and compassionate. They truly care about your fertility and strive to obtain the end result of a child.

This place has been so compassionate in helping me and my husband have a child. Would recommend this facility to anyone trying to have a baby.

Thorough. Kind. Caring. A breath of fresh-air and our saving grace in this journey. Worth every penny.

I went there reading many good review online but just disappointed to write here as a patient who would not recommend that clinic. It is extremely tough to get the hang of the nurses over phone. I have sat with my phone for whole day after leaving voice notes to them to call me back because I did not want to miss a chance to talk when they call back, otherwise I can go into voicemail exchange rabbit hole. Their insurance nurse has LIED to me saying GonalF injections are not covered by my insurance and I will have to buy it from their preferred pharmacy. The injections were covered and I had to pay only 75$ each and the cost was 800$ at their preferred pharmacy. They charged me for some random IUI service for which neither I nor my husband were consented, there was no outstanding balance in my portal ever and without warnings they sent it to collection and it affected our credit score badly where we have literally never missed a single payment in life. ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and rude
