Any concern I had was answered from Dr.Caid or Jill the surgical coordinator. Each step of the procedure was laid out exactly as planned. No guess work. Always a phone call away in getting answers to concerns. Prescriptions called in very timely and accurately. I'm going back to Dr.Caid for next knee replacement surgery!

I recently had a knee replacement and can't say enough great things about Dr. Caid. Great bedside manner and he surrounds himself with a great team. Their P. T. department I also highly recommend.

The entire experience was great. Everyone was so nice, and professional. Dr Cade did an excellent job. My recovery has been great, so far.

I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Caid and his staff, as well as the AOS physical therapy team. I was well taken care when I had total hip replacement. They are a great team. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Caid was the 3rd Orthopedic Surgeon to work on my right knee. The 1st did an ACL replacement and the 2nd removed most of my damaged meniscus. Dr. Caid was by far the most approachable and considerate of the three. The surgery went very well and the recovery even better as I was back to doing my regular CrossFit routines and bicycling w/i 3-months of the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Caid, AOS and AOS' Physical Therapy.

The meeting with Dr Caid was short and to the point regarding my need for surgery. He carefully explained the proceedure and what to expect. I felt comfortable and confident he would do a great job. Jill, Dr Caid's surgical coordinator explained the next steps and made the hospital arrangements seamless. The surgery went without issues and my post op appointment with Dr. Caid was all positive.

I had total hip surgery by Dr. Caid one month ago. From the people at the front desk to the surgery scheduler, nurses, therapists and Dr., everyone was professional and efficient. The pre-op teaching was excellent, including a visit with the PA and with OT to assess our needs in the home and teach us what we could and could not do after surgery. We were well prepared with written materials that answered all our questions- including a handicapped sticker! We were very grateful to have the procedure done out-patient at the Bone and Joint Surgery Center. They did wonderful pre and post op teaching, and were very professional and efficient. We received wonderful in-home PT for two weeks from Diamond Home Care, who also came to the surgery center to begin our teaching. She had us walk around the center and climb stairs before discharge. We were in and out within 6 hours- amazing!' The best part is that I had very little pain after, and much less pain than I had before the procedure. I did my exercises and walking diligently, and the hip now feels almost back to normal. I still tire easily and take extra naps, but am so grateful for all the progress I have made. I therefore highly recommend surgery with Dr. Caid and Advanced Orthopedic Specialists and The Bone and Joint Surgery Center to anyone who needs a hip replacement. I am grateful to you all!

I'm 1 month post hip replacement surgery - my entire experience both pre-op and post-op with Dr. Caid and his staff has been outstanding!! The surgery was most successful, and I have not experienced any post-op pain. I am now receiving physical therapy from AOS. This team continues to provide me with excellent personal care - I could not be happier!!

Best experience ever, entire staff from first office visit to surgery at St. Joes in Howell to physical therapy staff, everyone just amazing team. Couldn’t be happier!!!
