A friend referred me to Pinnicle Dermatology & I'm so glad she did. The office staff are so nice & very helpful. The medical staff takes their time & makes sure all concerns are addressed & all questions are answered. I highly recommend Pinnicle to anyone who is looking for a new or wanting to switch Dermatology offices.

This is for the Woodbridge location. I call customer service and the first time the receptionist said she couldn’t hear me. I was driving so that’s understandable. I call when I get home and the receptionist hangs up on me. I will be switching my dermatologist.

The PA gave me zero time. She spoke to the tech in the room, hurriedly speaking to me on occasion. She told the tech of a possible melanoma but not to me. When I had questions she was either dismissive or claimed that she did not have time to do that. All I wanted was simply to check my acne and skin issues and retreat. I requested skin issue consultation during this mole check. She was rude. She was impersonal. The people, Pas and doctors, historically give you zero time and zero personal care. They want you in the office and out of the office and they want to charge your credit card. They do not give a care about you!The British tech was exceptional, kind and helpful.

My first visit today. Friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and spacious seating in the waiting area. I chose to see Dr. Cetner based on reviews from the internet and I was not disappointed. He listened to my concerns and addressed all of them.
