If I could this would be a 0 because I have contacted them for weeks and the office can't seem to get things right. Also I was told the Doctor has 10 days to sign a piece of paper and hand it back to me. I need this signed ASAP. My insurance wont wait that long. The office already messed up for two weeks before that. They need to get it together. Or they will be losing lots of patients

If this is the same Doctor from the Goldsboro NC area... She is a very professional and compassionate physician who acknowledges that if there is a medical problem that she is unable to solve, she does not hesitate to refer one to a specialist. Even though the Billing criteria states that a physician can not spend x amount of time on established vs new patients she gets the job done! I certainly miss her and have been searching for a physician that have the same professionalism...few and far between. The wait time for the previous office was not long at all. Most of my visits were walk ins.
