I had lazer surgery to break up scar tissue after having cataract surgery performed by another doctor. I was very impressed by the entire staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff is loud. Sharing PHI loudly for all in the waiting room to hear. The staff member that took my mom in the back was rude, acted like she didn’t like her job. Didn’t introduce herself, just called my mom’s name and turned her back and walked back to the exam room. My mom has been coming here for years and has never encountered this at this office before. Everyone, everywhere is short staffed. We are all sick of hearing people say that. I’m a nurse and even before COVID we were short staffed at my job but did we let it make us rude or disrespectful, no we didn’t. Find a new job if you don’t like it here. Many of your patients are elderly, possibly frail or handicap and don’t deserve the disrespect or rudeness.
