Went to get tested for covid19, got there an hour before. Got in fairly quick and paid the 50$ for the visit since work insurance hadn't kicked in. Tested told i would get results in 2 to 3 days its been 5. I called you didn't answer i left a message with no return. These guys lie.

Got a Covid test with an appointment. They come to your car so you don’t have to interact with any other patients. With paperwork and test took less than 15 minutes. Friendly staff. Would recommend for covid testing.

Very fast and very friendly normally. I think I have only had to wait once and that was because it was crowded. :-) They usually seem to get me in and out .

Got there a half hour before opening..... at 9:10 they still werent open so I called. They said they were waiting on staff and didn't know when they'd open. No guess at all. I am pregnant, nauseous,, have heart burn and an ear infection.... they sent me home. After arriving home. They called and said they were now open. When I got back they has free see real posture trees in front of me.... I had been standing outside at the doors when several workers passed me and could have informed me early on. This was handled all wrong!!!!!! Won't be back!

Very excellent drug testing and extremely affordable. Had a 10 panel done for DLAD hearing that included the appropriate variables such as ph and specific gravity. The test took about 10-15 mins.Very reasonable prices without insurance. The staff and service was very prompt and professional. The nurse who wears the wonder woman shirt gave me a pain free shot!!! Didn't even know it was happening, she is definitely an expert. Thanks so much for all the help i would recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for fast and efficient care and diagnosis of your health problem.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place and their billing department are very incompetent.. the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing and they are committing Medicaid Fraud!!!They REFUSE to give me my money back after I and My Medicaid paid for services...continuously giving me false info, I had to call Medicaid myself to confirm if this claim paid... This is Fraud and Burton Urgent Care are stealing from their patients and refusing to give money back that is legally owed. Medicaid Fraud Line will be hearing about this.

Been here waiting to be checked out going on 2.5 hours. I've seen 3 people go back but none have came out...over 2 hour wait for an Urgent Care when I only had 3 people ahead of me. This is ridiculous. I've been to urgent care & after hr clinics all over the county and this is by far the worst for wait times. I've had way better, faster service in much more packed clinics. First & last time ever coming here. May even leave without being looked at if I have to wait much longer.
