I don’t know the doctor but the office staff really bad and unprofessional —this problem should be addressed. After waiting more than a month for the appointment and calling the office multiple times, they never bothered to call back to confirm. The office manager Margaret was the worst and she needs to learn how to communicate with people and not hung up on them. Never ever calling this office again.

he may be a good dr. but ,very bad service, his administration team is not up to standard , getting a follow up visit based on the medication he prescribed is 2- 3 month away. seriously,??!!, you prescribe a medication it does not work and you don't have time to talk to your patient about side effects until after 2-3 months

A wonderful and knowledgeable Dr. highly recommend him. He has resolved many skin issues with me and my family. Now we travel from west coast for appointments with him! He is a miracle worker!

Dr. Berry provides my family top notch care, a very compassionate Doctor with a wonderful staff -high level service, CLEAN OFFICE..As a mom Dr.Berry is the only skincare doctor I would recommend over & over !

Too many issues with communication, poor follow up and customer service. I have a Masters in Healthcare Administration and recently retired as a Director of Perioperative Services at a local medical center. I know practice issues when I see them. I arrived at an appointment today only to be told they hadn't received a new referral and my appointment was cancelled. I explained I had contacted my primary and it was on its way. I was offered the option of paying out of pocket. Previously I had made several appointments for a skin cancer screen only to arrive and be told the appointments were follow ups for hair loss. Today I was again informed today's appointment was for hair loss. ARGH!! Ferritin levels were drawn several months prior and I was assured someone would follow up if they were suboptimal. Today I was informed they were suboptimal.

23 procedures 9 on back, only 6 welts. The remainder 13 on the face. Procedure on the left cheek which he has been working on since going to hin 10 yrs. ( + -). Left forehead, right forehead & right temple don't ad up to 23. plus he charged for the freeze spray for the procedure. That's like going to dinner and asking for salt or other condiments & being charged extra . Butter for toast , take out a loan.
