Dr Andrea Schrieber is a very knowledgeable dermatologist and also a caring human being. Multiple people in my family have gone to her for years and she has always provided successful treatment in a professional manner. She listens to her patients and takes their input as to treatment preferences.

I saw her this year and she failed to read the exclusion in my file. As a result, I was given a refund for her mistake. She is only interested in making money.

2 visits for two different reasons Both times left the office relieved or with a solution that worked I am 65 and was treated by the Dr.and staff very professionally All my questions were answered I hope I do not have a reason to go back,but I would Five Stars +++

Poor bedside manner, rush to judgment , snob. I was referrred to Dr. Berri,knew of him and I had been suffering with my problem for almost a year but I could not get in to see him for months when I was referred..so I took whoever,She didn’t do a full skin assessment head/toe in one appt but 2 more to complete her exam, When I asked,I’m a retired nurse we were taught to do a skin assessment in 20 minutes ! I didn’t remove my clothes at all! My problem has worsened after $300 in meds.

Andrea Schrieber is very knowledgeable and has a nice bedside manner. HOWEVER, she is consistently 30-45 minutes behind schedule. I've had scheduled appointments with Dr. Schrieber twice, and both times she was at least 40 minutes behind schedule. I was her first appointment for the day for one of my appointments! If you have time to spare, schedule with her. If your time is just as important, schedule with someone else.

This is not a good review, my 84 year old father is seeing dr Schreiber for eczema, had trouble getting initial prescriptions called in, when I call her office for help, they tell me someone will get back to me, it took several calls before someone did. Hat was last week. This week I have called 3 to 4 times because father is still miserably itchy, same response, someone will call back; this time no one called at all, now they are closed. This is not right! Is this how you run a practice?

No complaints against the doctor herself, but the staff was terrible. Multiple mistakes were made in the medical record, prescription was fouled up, and they billed insurance for procedures that weren't done.

Overall great doctor. Knows what she's talking about and has helped me out in many ways when it comes to my skin. Very friendly as well.
