I’m a new patient and I have tried my hardest to find a doctor who shows great care for her patience. when I called I was placed on a 20 minute hold and then office staff was beyond rude.

If you need a good Doctor you should definitely see Dra. Andrea Szuper. She is fast and goes right to the point. I was sure that she was the right family Dr. after my first appointment.

Dr. Szuper is good but after Beaumont took over Oakwood this practice is like dealing with Comcast or T-Mobile. Impossible to contact doctor, call for appointments, to even return calls from doctor's office. I've gotten calls meant for other patients to my home phone number then bee n unable to return the call to correct the error. Prescriptions for asthma inhalers go unfilled even after multiple emails and phone calls. Misinformation in my chart. Tried to talk to the office manager, useless.
