Unprofessional office and an unsupportive doctor. In the middle of winter weather, I took my 85-yr old, wheelchair-bound mother who suffers from dementia and renal failure to see Dr. Aretakis for her frequent urinary tract infections. We had to wait for office staff to finish long personal conversations among themselves before we were helped and once we got to see Dr. Aretakis, the doctor talked at us instead of with us. There was no physical exam so it was unclear why we had to come in-person. We could have stayed home and listened to an online presentation of how to treat UTIs. The office doorways were not wide enough for wheelchairs to pass through easily. Staff, doctor and office were not patiently-friendly.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Aretakis and I was pleased and impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. I was very comfortable and felt very much at ease. I highly recommend her.

This doctor is a joke. Had an appointment scheduled and they called to reschedule the week before. 2 days before the rescheduled appointment they called to reschedule it again and literally only gave me one option or I would have to wait 6 weeks. This is completely unacceptable. I’ll be finding a new urologist.

Had one visit and then after that the office kept calling to cancel and reschedule my appointments. Not impressed at all. Very sad cause the doctor herself seemed nice enough at my one and only visit. Now I’m looking for a new more reliable practice.

Not very happy didn't explain things well when I said I was in a lot of pain it got brushed off like it wasn't important I will be finding a new dr I left in tears
