How do I begin to express my gratitude for such a conscientious caring physician such as Dr. Bhavani Sundram? She is skilled, thoughtful, compassionate, listens carefully and if I have a concern, she follows through on it. I have long term health challenges and am adept at catching things early - such as a flair or an imbalance. With Dr. Sundram, I feel safe, supported, heard and respected.

Dr. Sundram is very compassionate, wonderful physician who is holistic in her approach of treatment. I can tell that she genuinely cares about me and my concerns as she takes the time to get to know you, your concerns, and develop a doctor-patient relationship that is personable. I also appreciate her continuity of care as well as her thoroughness with lab work or outside specialties. I would highly recommend having her as your PCP.

Dr. Sundram is a wonderful physician, very kind and insightful! I trust her with every question I have, and she has always done a great job of taking care of me! Would recommend her to everybody!

Every single time I call this office I am on hold. This time I held for 20.47 !! I called back and when the gal asked to put me on hold again I told her NO!!! This is how they treat their patients. NEVER GO HERE!!! If I didn't need my prescription refilled I wouldn't go here. After my office visit, this will be the last time I go here!! If you are experience this type of hold time you should write a review about it too!

I have had chronic medical issues since I was a kid, at 25 looking for a new primary is a little scary. She has been the BEST decision. She really listens and cares and I completely trust her and appreciate her so much!!

At this point, I'm fairly new to this practice, but the staff here have been exceptionally kind and helpful in my experiences. Dr. Sundram certainly brings a lot of energy, but she is the most through and detailed physician I have known. I've been very pleased and would highly recommend this practice.

She was nice but a little too speedy in her process compared to the other Drs there.

My daughter went in for some pain in her lower back on a Monday. Ordered x-rays, which were done the next day. It was implied that the doctors would receive the results the next day, but hadn't received a call. I call them this morning and they state that they received the results yesterday. So, it takes practically a whole week to receive results??? Never mind the fact that X-rays were taken right downstairs. My husband and I found out the cause on our own, and it disgusts me that a doctor with a medical degree couldn't figure it out by doing a thorough physical examination. It disappoints me because this is the third year with this doctor, but am glad that this happened, so now I know how my family and I will be treated in an emergency.

Dr Sundram is an awesome Dr but her staff is awful. They have no respect for people and their time. Something​ should be done.

She is an amazing doctor and person. When we moved to the area I had no idea who to use as a doctor and I found her through my insurance company. I was not disappointed at all. From the very first visit she made me feel like I mattered. When my insurance switched I had to switch doctors. She took the time to recommend someone and I have been very happy there as well. But when my insurance changes again in September I will definitely be going back to her.
