Tried calling today because I’m looking to switch my PCP. After reading reviews on the doctors here I decided to give a call and try to get in as a new patient. The receptionist was a guy and when he answered and I said hello, he said “Yea, what do you want”. Answering phones is a huge part of my own job, and I can say that I’ve never spoken that way to someone on the phone. So this being a medical practice and someone speaking that way is a huge turn off. I decided to end the call not long after and go with someone else. If you can’t speak to people kindly, especially when you don’t know them, please don’t answer phones for a living…

Every experience I have with the staff at this practice is amazing. Dr. Yeihey is so compassionate and always takes her time with me. She asks all the right questions and seeks every detail to know how to best help you. At my most recent visit, she addressed my pain and concerns swiftly and thoughtfully. The nurses and assistants are also amazing. The receptionists are great- James is very caring and helpful. Ali kindly took the time to schedule my STAT imaging and specialist appointments with other facilities. I’ve been able to get a very stressful and urgent medical situation addressed so quickly thanks to everyone at Canton Family Health. I’m so glad Dr. Yeihey is my doctor and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new PCP.

Takes time to talk with you and learn your needs

Excellent experience with dr Samih and his staff. They are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about their patients. The doctor takes time to listen and explain everything clearly, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I truly appreciate the quality of care and highly recommend their office.

Absolutely love Dr. Ajami and his team. They are professional, cordial, and very understanding without being judgmental. Dr. Ajami has a great demeanor and listens intently to any concerns that you may have as a patient. From James and Oli at the front desk, to the medical assistants who take your blood pressure, everyone is friendly and understanding. If you're looking for a stress free environment, and a medical team that is understanding and truly caring, Canton Family Health is a great option.

I've been a patient of Dr. Yeihey for 3 years and my overall health has improved tremendously thanks to both her and Dr. Ajami. I can't recommend them highly enough, and I have many family and friends who report the same experience. There are few things more important than having a trustworthy primary healthcare provider who listens to you, and I'm so grateful to have found their family practice.

I thought I found everything I was looking for in a doctor up until my recent couple of visits. I am very sad to leave because I felt like at first they cared but then something switched and I felt like I was more so being pushed under the rug. Being dismissed on things I feel are wrong and told it’s my mental health, when I’ve been struggling with pain, a lot of pain from a returning issue that I just keep getting antibiotics for and they don’t do anything. The last few encounters I had with the nurse and my doctor which I won’t call out, you know who you are…. They both told me it’s my mental health manifesting these issues, such a horrible excuse to treat a patient. I moved onto another doctor who actually is listening and now treating my issue. Very very sad. I’m ashamed I went here for so long thinking I was being listened to and helped.

Family medicine at its finest. I am listened to and remembered. Exactly what I was looking for in a doctor for myself and my child! Thank you.

Dr. Ajami is the absolute best. He’s so caring, attentive, empathic, and knowledgeable. He actually cares about you as a human being, not just an another appointment. He is quick to follow up with you and treats you like family. All of his staff have been professional and incredibly kind. My husband and I will forever have him be our primary care doctor. We truly cannot say enough good things about him and we recommend him to everyone!
