I explained in detail of UTI symptoms and YET I had to request a urine sample. A bulk of the nurse's note was regarding "vulvar" which is ridiculous for I never mentioned such .... IF a patient's complaint is UTI symptoms why wouldn't an educated guess be to perform a urine sample/Culture? They seemed confused when I Request to give a urine sample. I asked for a Rx and they asked, why? This is child's play pretending to be medical doctors. My experience at this facility reminds me of "nurse" Erin Strotman the NNIC "nurse". Nurse Megan is Erin and I am the premie. For two more weeks I struggled with a serious bacteria that turned acute UTI affecting my kidney function because Nurse Doot unprofessionalism and just didn't care about me as a person. She took my cells reminding me of (Henrietta Lacks) and left the room. I am against NP and PA and now more convienced than ever. People request to see a MD it's the same money being issued out thus why not get care from those who paid their dues to be a authentic doctor. I can understand why this place has a 2.8 rating.

If I could give zero stars I would the nurse practitioner told me u have to come back another time for all of Tht. Mind you we wasn’t even talking for 2 mins I was just telling her my symptoms I was having Thts all . The doctors don’t care what’s wrong with you .the only thing their focused on is getting you out of they office

First - they cancel my appointment that were made weeks in advance due to "the P/T scheduling time off work. Second - the assign me new appointments with no regard for my schedule. Third - When I can't make the random date / time THEY PICKED for me, they cancel all my other appointments because I couldn't make the "new patient onboarding" appointment. What a joke.... why in the world can you not put ZERO stars on Google.

I can't say ENOUGH good things about this center. The opthamologists are excellent and thorough. My PCP, Dr. Shannon Johnson, is compassionate and an advocate for her patients, always. The lab and radiology staff are all friendly and get you in and out. The triage nurses you speak to occassionally are wonderful! I recommend this place to EVERYONE!

I went for a physical and noted I had numbness in my toes, without looking at my toes or even taking off shoes I was billed without tell me for a separate office visit to tell me what kind of test I should order
