I had the best experience at the ER on November 6. The staff there were fantastic and I couldn’t ask for a better visit. Glad I went there!
They should make zero stars an option when reviewing this place. I’m making this review in the waiting room where I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes to get labs done. They told me it would be 15 minutes and when you ask any clarifying questions they snap at you. They even told me they could accept a digital copy of the prescription if I emailed it to them and then said “but sometimes we never get the email.” It’s 2025…. What do you mean you don’t know if you can receive an email? And as I sit here, various people are going to the front to inquire by the wait and the uncharming receptionist just continually points at a sheet. I have never seen a more apathetic, disorganized staff in my life. Oh we finally got called up for her to be like “someone is accessing your chart can’t really do anything about it 🤷🏻♂️ “ I’ve never seen that issue before in my life.
If there is a rating less than 1 star I would give this place. My husband had a throat infection the staff diagnosed it as allergies and gave him an allergy medication. They were rude and inattentive to his symptoms and pain. when he wanted to tell them about a second issue that he had which was a rash the staff told him we will only treat one symptom per visit and did not want to listen to him about his rash symptoms. I will never go there again and will never recommend them. zero stars for service zero stars for politeness zero stars for care zero stars for overall satisfaction
Took my son there on a Sunday morning with a 104 fever he was having since Friday. Paid $150 to be seen. Waited 1.5 hrs before being brought to a back room for another 1.5 hrs. Two months later I get text from Corewell saying I have a “overdue” bill but never was mailed an invoice. Upon calling I found out there’s a $10 balance for the office visit. They charged $9083 - PR GLOBAL FEE URGENT CARE CENTERS 250.00, my $150 plus $90 from the ins. payment wasn’t enough, now they nickel & dime me for another $10. So, beware if you have an HSA with a high deductible, you are paying $250 to be seen there. We ended up taking my son to Henry Ford ER 12 hours later because Corewell said they couldn’t find anything wrong with him. I already wasted $150 and 3 hours of my time there for NOTHING. Go eat that $10 balance, you’re not getting another penny from me!!!
Very disappointing first visit. The office felt dark and unwelcoming. After my flu shot, the medicine dripped from my arm — I’m not even sure I got the full dose. I waited for this appointment for 2 months and as a new patient today, I was also told the doctor is going on maternity leave in two weeks. Totally unreasonable to take new patients right now. Wouldn’t recommend this office.
Amazing office service there is a girl front desk. Her name is Lauren. What a sweetheart she is the way she treat. I can’t express very well welcoming a beautiful smile with positive and professional attitude thank you.
I am so grateful for Dr. Choucair and everyone at Corewell Health in Canton. I've experienced nothing but excellent staff, nurses and doctors. Thank you!
Just had the WORST conversation with a medical assistant. actually 3 exactly. I was on the phone with 1, but 2 additional staff(medical assistants) pushed in without introducing themselves. Another staff hoped on the call without my knowledge and accessed my chart. Again without my knowledge or consent. corewell healths staff previously beaumont are the epitome of a LARA hippa law filing win. And that woman i said hey I didnt give consent she flips out and screams at me. the. gets her manager, no introduction just ganged up on and screamed at. These two hippa law violators are "karens" when they feel called out on when they violate patients privacy laws. every corewell location i have a problem with has a very low google review. But I can file Lara complaints on these ",MA" of course they didn't give me their names since they were violating privacy laws. STAY OUT OF MY CHART. And they will say ANYTHING on social media to come off as coherently compassionate to these complaints. but its to look good. There is zero reason for these medical people to be this hateful and argumentative to patients. Maybe if they want to just dump nasty attitudes on innocent sick people looking for healthcare, they should get out of the field until they can get help themselves.
Very busy however seems to be decent doctors friendly staff
