I went for a covid test. There were 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived and I was on my way home within 30 minutes. The doctor and nurse were nice and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone. 10/10!

My son & I got covid testing. I made the appointments on line it was fast & easy. I.got a reminder text about my appointment, we pulled in fallowed all the drive thru testing signs we had one car in front of us didn't have to wait long at all. Was handed papers to fill out for my son & I. The nurse came out & did the test. It was fast & very easy. The 2 staff were very nice, friendly, & they answered all of my son & my questions.

I walked into the hospital at 8:59pm and the hospital closed at 9pm, yet they seen me. They didn't rush and took there time. The Doctor was genuinely concerned about me, and ensured I was 100% before releasing me. I love this Urgent care along with all the friendly staff members. I thank you all for not turning me away so close to closing. May God bless you all.

Brian checked us in and was very personable and friendly. I’m two weeks post op for a total knee replacement and he was very sympathetic and accommodating.Dr Salem was awesome as well. And Alyssa was as well. We had a great experience.

I just did the drive through Covid testing at the IHA urgent Care at St Joseph in Canton. I was about third in line for my appointment. It went very fast and in no time I was filling out my paperwork, honestly that took longer than the testing. A very nice worker named Mike came out to ask if I had any questions and he was happy to answer any I had. In a moment another very kind employee came out to administer my test. This was all while I waited in my car. It was all very professional and efficient. So glad I went there. God bless these employees for doing this job to help others.

Best urgent care I've ever experienced. Everyone from the receptionist to the PA to Xray technician to the doctor was pleasant and courteous. Didn't have to wait long either.
