Dr Hamzavi is an excellent doctor. The problem I have is that you make an appointment time, arrive 15 minutes early, wait for 15 minutes after your appointment time, approach the reception desk to ask how much longer and your are told at least another 20 minutes! Why not just arrive an hour after your appointment time that way you should be seen "on time " , oh but wait--- you will be charged a cancellation fee! Maybe I should charge the office a "late fee", sounds fair to me.
