Jiab H Suleiman's Online Review Report Card

Poor excuse for a doctor. Spent less than 10 minutes with me, and basically lied in the report he wrote. He was supposed to examine the stability of my knees yet only had me raise and lower each leg a couple of times, and asked a couple of questions. He also made a determination about a wrist injury I was explaining to him that had happened 6 months prior to his exam and he knew the time frame. I explained the injury in terms of when it happened and he wrote that I was overblowing my injury. This guy should not be practicing medicine. I have filed a complaint with the state board of licensing.

Dr Suleiman performed my rotator cuff surgery and was the best! I am looking to have the other shoulder done and will be returning to his office for care.

He replaced my knee eight years ago. It's the single best surgery I have ever had done. I had been holding off due to a request from another orthopedic surgeon, but after finishing my knee off in a slip, Dr. Sulieman asked what I was waiting for.

Dr Suleiman has done 3 surgeries on my knees. I am so incredibly happy with him and my knees now ??. He's an Amazing doctor! I recommend him Very Highly! I will send my entire family and friends to him. YOU need to go to him too! He's the kind of guy that you would wish you knew on a more personal level, (neighbor maybe). I am SO glad I found him!

He is a great doctor, Ive known him for over 20 yrs. Hes very knowledeable, and caring. I trust him with taking care of me and my children, he also has taken care of my husband an sister.

I have had rotator cuff surgery performed by Dr. Suleiman. Turned out excellent. I am in the process of scheduling arthriscopic knee procedure. He WILL help those that are overweight. Very friendly, explains things very thoroughly. Don't hesitate to get ahold of him. A lot of people complain about the office staff. Not sure about you, but the office staff aren't the ones doing the surgery. I haven't had any issues with them but maybe others have.

Dr. Suleiman himself is a very caring, helpful doctor. He has been the only doc that I have found that is willing to help me. Be prepared to wait quite some time in the waiting room, he is always behind schedule. But I think that is because he takes him time when he finally sees you, my appointments have never felt rushed. Just bring a book or something to pass the time. The office staff on the other hand is terrible. Sometimes the phone rings and rings before someone answers it. I have never had any calls returned from the messages I have left, not sure if the doc even sees or knows about them. The billing person isn't much better, I have been over billed a number of times. I have been trying to get a CT Scan of my lef knee since Oct. 31 and it is now Dec. 18 and it is still not scheduled. Whoever does the referrals in the office didn't complete the form correctly and the CT Scan was denied twice. I judge a doc by his office staff and based on that, I will be finding another doctor. I have been calling almost every day since the beginning of Nov. leaving messages for someone to call me back and it still has not happened as of Dec. 18.

Dr. Suleiman is a good, helpful doctor. But he runs late all the time, when he finally gets to you he doesn't rush the appointment, which is nice. But be prepared to wait, bring a book or something to pass your time. Dr. Suleiman has been the only dr. that I found that would help me with my knee replacement problem. He has done more than any of the other doc's I went to. He does tell you the truth and I appreciate that. His office staff on the other hand is terrible to deal with. Anytime I have calleld I have never had the call returned. Whoever does his billing isn't much better, I have been over-billed a number of times. I don't know if Dr. Suleiman ever gets any of the message I have left, so I can't blame him for not getting back to me. But I do believe an office staff makes or breaks a doctor and his staff definitely breaks him.

If you want a doctor that know what he is doing this is the one to see. You may have to wait a while in the waiting room, but it is well worth the way this doctor is great!!!
