Mark Toma's Online Review Report Card

2 stars because he was nice, but I was extremely disappointed. I went in there for an ear issue I was having, and he disregarded it and told me I was fine. It was my first appointment and he was in the room for a total of 10 min, only to tell me I was fine. He then prescribes me drops, which I later figured out were over the counter... and then tells me to come back for an ear test? Seems like they just wanted my money. I received a $300 charge for nothing.. very dissatisfied

Never met the doctor but the staff and office manager need some training in medical office administration and customer service skills! The log awaited and brief experience was terrible. We waited 6 weeks or more for the appointment. They took our copay $45 and we waited. Then they said they don’t accept our priority health insurance. Of which they had 6+ weeks to verify prior to our arrival. Office manager said it was an “over sight” and offered no remedy for wasting out time while my child’s condition worsened waiting for the appointment. Go somewhere else where the staff are competent.

Dr Toma is a great doctor, he always takes his time and listens to your complaints. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mark Toma had to remove over 100 nasal polyps from my sinuses, and he made my wife and I very comfortable before, and after the surgery. The follow was also 5 star!! Kudos to Dr. Mark Toma and his staff!! I did not once feel any pain or had to use any pain medication!! Best of all NO nose packing!

Amazing bedside manner, prob the best out of any male physician i have ever had experience with. Thoroughly discussed procedure, what to expect, disclosed risk in a gentle way, and made me feel very comfortable to ask questions...of which all worries were put to ease. Also made it very clear that although the weekend was approaching, he would be available to answer calls with any additional questions and concerns. Not to mention suburb surgical results, from a patients perspective.

Excellent doctor. He explains everything in detail. He is very patient with his patients. Surgery and after care was amazing! Sinus infection free for the first time in many years.

Dr. Mark Toma is awsome, I've had problems for years not being able to breathe at night, come to find out that I've had a deviatited septum for quite some time. Thanks to him I'm finally getting this fixed. He explained everything to the T. Highly recommended ??. Thank you Dr. Toma

Met Dr. Mark Toma regarding issues I was having with difficulty breathing at night. I used to live on decongestants for at least the last ten years. I was diagnosed by Dr.Toma with having a deviated septum left nostril, a bone spur and bilaterally polyps in both sinus cavities. Dr. Toma was very thorough in scoping my sinuses and ordering a CT Scan for more detail. He exudes lots of confidence and assurances that he could resolve my chronic sinus congestion issues. His staff are all very helpful and professional utilizing a nurse practicioner for the initial medical interview and recording my health concerns. Most definitely the best ENT surgical doctor with skill set and would recommend to anyone who is apprehensive about this type of surgery.
