Dr. Nixon is very attentive and caring. She has my highest rating not only professionally but also because she and her staff get back to my chart messages and phone calls in a timely manner. I find her to be a very trustworthy and responsible doctor.

Dr. Neri-Nixon is an excellent doctor. She is very kind. I had not been to a doctor for a while and she made sure to schedule tests I should have had a long time ago. I recommend her and am glad to have her as my doctor.

Poor office response to patient needs. Told to call office for follow up with no return calls to concerns even after several calls. Quick to tell you to go to ER or send to specialist when concerns should and could be addressed by primary care. I do not trust CCF provider ratings considering my experiences.

Would not recommend...condescending/rude to my elderly mother....couldn’t seem to manage my mother’s simple general healthcare—wanting to send her to specialists unnecessarily ....no bedside manner

Well below average in medical knowledge , lack of professional attitude . As a medical doctor myself I think she is not fit to practice medicine and wonder how CCF still keep such incompetent so called " physician " on staff ! The above info is based on personal interaction with her when I visited as a patient . Did mention the situation to a member on the board of directors at CCF but obviously to no avail !
