I'm disappointed in the care received from one of the primary care providers, Judd Koujane. Over the past few months, I've been hospitalized three times for a severe kidney infection. Between two of those hospitalizations, I saw her for an office visit. During that appointment, she did not explain what she was about to do before examining me. The first thing she did was press firmly into my side, causing such intense pain that involuntarily jumped off the table. I left the visit feeling dismissed and disrespected. Shortly after, I received an email and letter informing me that I was being discharged from the practice. Given the seriousness of my medical situation, I found this response deeply concerning and inappropriate. Patients deserve care that is both professional and compassionate. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Dr Azimi is easily the best physician i have seen. Spends a good amount of time making sure youre taken care of, as well and explaining everything clearly.
