I highly recommend this place. The workers were very friendly and professional
Friendly staff and provider. Quick service!
My experience was great! I saw Abigail, NP she was wonderful and very reassuring! She sent my rx to the pharmacy right away.I’m happy I found this place close to my work. Thanks, Faux nails lol
The wait isn't usually as long as this visit was, but the friendly staff and bedside manner made it manageable. I will come again.
The nurse was amazing
Very good service and Professionalism
best urgent care that i have been to.
The Doctor was very professional and listened to what I had to say without feeling rushed. I was in and out within an hour.
Made an appointment online for 3:15 I showed up 10 mins early. They took me back at appointment time but now I have been sitting in the room for almost a hour! They just put you in a room and forget about you.
I want to start this off by saying my first few visits here were fantastic, i go here for primary, and have visited for urgent care. I had people who listened, and cared, but it slowly started to feel like I was a problem for being seen. I came in on a Saturday for a possible bladder infection, the nurse I had and the NP I saw that night was awesome, she’s always listened to me. Prescribed me antibiotics, but my only complaint about the NP, is she took one look at me and assumed I was able to just take giant pills. Which I can not. Apparently they’ve never heard of disabled people, or people who have actual traumas around things like that. We ended up not paying attention picking up the pills, and seeing they were not liquid. My partner then went to advocate for me, and they said they would send the prescription in liquid form to my pharmacy. My partner goes to get it today, and they didn’t have it, we go back up to the doctors today and asked what happened, and he was treated very rudely, told that no place offers that, another NP (I believe) brings up how I am adult and should just be able to swallow pills… continues to argue with him and offer no real help, as I still have not been treated for my bladder infection correctly and will most likely end up in ER. I have never gotten a health summary from them, you have to fill out the same paperwork everytime you go in, they system for notifications and messages is too hard to navigate for someone like me. They also treated my 6 1/2 year old daughter poorly durning her urgent care visit for a rash on her leg, and stomach pain, dismissing her pain as anxiety and her rash as some poison oak, which she has not ever been around… It’s hard for me to want to come back here.. when I don’t know who will be caring for me, it’s too inconsistent. I feel like I always leave there with a different prescription for something new. I’ve been told I have 4 different issues and no one can give me a straight answer. I’m very disappointed to have to make this review but do not visit this place, please filter all other reviews and read them… To the staff that does care there and does go above and beyond to listen, you are awesome.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
