Had the worst experience with this Doctor, he was rude and frustrated for not being able to diagnose my condition, further messed up my glasses prescriptions, and said this is all he can do, what is the point of being a doctor when you cannot be patient? Looks like you need to retire...

Called 4 times at 2:45 thinking they were open until 4 o'clock to make sure that they were open until 4 o'clock. They did not answer the phone a single time. Drove 30 minutes after picking kids up from school early to get the glasses to find out that they closed at 3 o'clock and could not help me. The lady behind the counter was very rude and unprofessional and would not release the glasses to me absolutely absolute terrible customer service. Door wasn't even locked when I walked in at 3:35. Save your money don't go there.

I have been wearing glasses for 53 years and this exam and fitting was by far the best ever. Doctor Dearing was great, explained everything he was doing and made me feel at ease.
