List of Peters Kenneth Md's Reviews
I recently had a cystoscopy, and had pretty severe resulting pain and discomfort within a couple of hours that I had not had previously with the procedure. I contacted the office same day and was told to get an over the counter drug to treat this. No change at all the next day, the intense pain remained. I was then prescribed by the NP a stronger does of same med. Still no change. Third prescription the next day. I finally got an appointment with an NP who did a urinalysis that didn't look suspicious, and prescribed antibiotics. She acknowledged that my symptoms were atypical of the procedure, The culture turnout out negative 3 days later, and I was called on a Sunday with the info, which I appreciated. The discomfort started to resolve nearing a week, though none of the drugs prescribed worked. I said I wanted to talk to Dr. Peters to understand if this was an occasional issue with the procedure, and to let him know how concerned I was that I might be in this condition ongoing. The NP suggested I request a telemed call or phone call with Dr. Peters so I could better understand what occurred. His next phone appointment is 7 weeks out. I have been a patient for many years and find Dr. Peters to be patient, a good listener and compassionate. He is now inaccessible to his patients, and it is important to at least be able to communicate with your doctor personally, not always the gatekeepers. Whether this is a byproduct of the very large practice or Dr. Peters' personal patient load it certainly makes a patient feel like a bother.
I have gone to Dr. Peters for some time now and am very pleased with my treatment. I'm 73 and have been to many doctors but most can't compare to the care I'm getting from Dr. Peters My condition is a challege and he is doing the best to give me not only good care but also find a solution so I can have a better quality of life. Excellent choice.
Listened to concerns and did not feel rushed. Friendly staff help to make a welcoming environment. Highly recommend
Dr. Peters helped me with Interstitial Cystitis when other urologists missed the boat. The other urologist I had seen previously put me through all sorts of tests and therapy to waste my time and money and it was a lot of discomfort. Dr. Peters changed all that and I believe he listens and discusses options with you. I read one poor rating and that is one person's experience and I don't agree with that rating. I consider Dr. Peters to be one of the best doctors I have encountered.
Very knowledgeable and caring. Dr Peters is top notch within the entire spectrum of urologic needs. Office staff is also friendly & helpful. Highly recommend
UPDATE** I ended up taking the Microgen DX test at another doctors office Michigan Institute of Urology in Utica My doctor there found bacteria in my bladder and vaginal track that was going undiagnosed from the testing we were doing at Dr.Peter's. I am 100% cured from getting the correct antibiotics. Bacteria that can cause can go undetected because PCR tests do not have the capability of testing for everything even though I was told they do. If you are struggling with pelvic pain and have always felt it could be infection untreated, call the Microgen DX company and get a list of doctors near you that do the test. As for Dr. Peter's NP. She is rude and does not take your symptoms seriously. If she did, I wouldn't of had to wait a year to find out I had a Bacteria from a dog's mouth cause symptoms! . . I highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Peter's. He is very thorough in the appointments and listens carefully to diagnose/ treat properly. His experience and expertise makes me feel comfortable in each visit. Not only is he awesome, but the team that works with him is awesome as well. He also refers to the best Pelvic Floor Therapists around. I would prefer just to see Dr. Peters or the Doctors that work close with him. I feel like when you get to the point of seeing a specialist, everything should be taken into consideration. Dr. Peters is awesome!
Dr. Peters is my hero. I had been to several Dr’s for severe pain prior to seeing Dr. Peters. None of those Dr’s were able to determine the source of the pain. I felt desperate by the time I saw Dr Peters. He persevered until he determined the cause. He is a brilliant physician that is able to think out of the box. Not only is Dr. Peters brilliant, he is also kind, patient and empathetic. It has been several months since he correctly diagnosed me and started me on the correct medication and treatment. Thanks to Dr. Peters I AM PAIN FREE!
Dr Peters put me out of misery. I had constant pain for almost one and a half year. After two visits I am doing much better. I was lucky that he is practicing near me, otherwise than that I would be still crying from pain.
I’ve seen Dr. Peters for almost 10 years he’s the only doctor that could figure out I had a mesh problem after having a bladder suspension done. He has since removed that and put a stimulating device in for my damaged pelvic floor. My appointments use consist of me begging for an injection he got things calmed down and manageable with pain till recently by no fault of his two years ago I woke up paralyzed waist down and now that I’m gettin my left side back I’m feeling the pelvic pain tremendously again I’ve got a appointment coming up and I my self look forward to it because he’s the only doctor in Beaumont that took his time to figure out what my problem was after being told by so many they would not help or they didn’t know my problem
Genuinely wants to help. Helped me out of a lot of pain with interstim surgery

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
