What a GREAT Doctor. He helped make a really good call with a procedure yesterday (accommodated a visit w/o app. following a surgery )- considering all circumstances medically and at home- mom of 3 children and just moved. I left this office both times feeling confident and happy. I can now unpack and feel normal!!! Very thankful for Rubenstein

Clinic staff is incredibly rude...I would look elsewhere for a doctor who is actually available for communication

Dr wu gave me a hearing test and told me I have hearing loss in one ear lol which is why I was their I knew that already lol and didn't do any other test and told me it's normal and that most likely my nerves in that ear are bad and that was it and I left lol he didn't do any test or anything just came up with this as the problem I think they are just collecting insurance money and kicking people out

I would not let my dog go to this doctor. Terrible treatment by a professional was what I experienced. I was yelled at by the doctor because the hearing aids he sold me were terrible and caused more issues than they helped me with. His son who works with him was just as bad, never following up and never resolving my hearing aid issues. I returned the hearing aids and would NEVER recommend Dr. Rubenstein or his son. After talking with my neighbor about this doctor I was told that he too had had the exact same issue with him. Apparently Dr. Rubenstein is a non discriminating yeller as he yelled at my neighbor who is a man! Don't go to this doctor! Dr. Rubert Wu in the same office is really nice and if I ever went to see anyone about my hearing issue I'd try Dr. Wu who is much more professional.

Dr. Rubenstein is an excellent doctor. He explains things very well in language I can understand. I called his office a few times with concerns. He always called back promptly.

Choose a different doctor if you want to see a doctor who is not arrogant and who really cares about their patients. I visited him yesterday, they did not even bother take vital signs. Instead of taking weight and height, the medical assistant (or nurse maybe), asked me to give her this info. The doctor did not even see me for more than 4 minutes and seemed ready with a prescription of two medications. He said they will be ordered to my pharmacy. Now more than 24 hours after seeing him, the medications have not been ordered yet. When I called to ask about that for the third time, I was told it will take until Monday (today is Friday). Nonsense. This doctor seems to only care about charging insurance and making money and does not care about his patients!!!

I have been treated by Dr. Ronald Rubenstein for several years now and have been very pleased with his professionalism, particularly his communication of issues. I highly recommend him and his office.

Dr Rubenstein is attentive to my needs. He listens well and explains things well. He offers important medical information and doesn’t require me to ask specific questions to get it.

He is very professional well mannered the dr always listens to your concerns. Dr Rosenstein has been there for me and he does take great concern about all his New and long patients he has seen for years he is great please make the call and see him

I have been a patient of Dr. Rubenstein for over 40 years. I was born with a throat condition and he has taken the best care of me. I continue to see him to this day. My parent and my daughter are also patients of Dr. Rubenstein. He is a skilled surgeon and really cares about his patients. He is the best and is highly respected by his peers. Many physicians refer to him and for good reason.
