The old lady at the front desk is rude and prejudice, my and another lady's mask were down she turned to me and told me to.pull my mask up, said nothing to the white lady, if it weren't for my client, I would never set foot in that office.

Dr, Shaloub is an awesome doctor. I have so much confidence in him. He listens to you talk and explains everything in detail. I had a procedure done and had so much confidence and trust in him. The staff/team he has are wonderful. Dr. Shaloub is the best!!!!!!

Great job with my vasectomy! Very happy with my choice to get this done, now my future wife and I can live out our DINK life 👍🏽😎 Dr.Shalhoub was very professional and I recommend him to anyone looking to get this done!

If I could give no stars I would. A family member who has MS had a first time appointment and the doctor never came in to see her. The nurse relayed her problem and came back with a script. HE NEVER EVEN CAME IN TO SEE HER. THAT SHOULD ALMOST BE FRAUDULENT AS IF HE CHARGED FOR SERVICES AND NEVER EVEN CAME IN THE ROOM. She is in a power wc and took the day off work to take her in. He should be fired!

Probably the worst Urologist in Michigan. Made an appointment for 11:00am, they said to come in 30 minutes early as a first time patient. I showed up at 10:30, signed in at the from counter. At 11:30am I went back up to the window, noticed about seven patients who signed in after me had already been serviced. I asked if there was any problems, she looked at the sign-in sheet and said "Oops, I must have missed your name." Then went on and said I'd need to make another appointment. Then the office manager calls me and apologizes and we make another appointment. Showed up there this morning, and they said my appointment has been cancelled, and would need to make another one. The office staff has no clue has to how to run a practice, very rude, very demeaning, sarcastic. Don't bother with Dr. Shaloub, he'll just cause you extra days off with ZERO service.

They were quick to set up an appointment but had to take a family member who has multiple sclerosis and has to take wc van. The nurse came in but the doctor never came in. Handed us a script and sent us on our way. SHOULD BE FRAUDULENT IF THE DOCTOR NEVER EVEN SAW HER. SHE DID NOT EVEN SEE HIS FACE AND THIS WAS FIRST TIME APPOINTMENT AND WITH HER MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS IT CAN BE VERY DETRIMENTAL
