List of Trinity Health Iha Medical Group, Primary Care - Canton's Reviews
If you want basic competent medical services don't go here. The employee gossip, unprofessionalism, and social networking does help pass the time because you will wait and wait. Whatever you do, do not ask how much longer. It's a sin. Ignore the mission statement and core values posted everywhere. They obviously don't apply to staff regarding patient care. I actually was told by an employee that she doesn't get paid enough to care.
I love this place everyone is so friendly! Specially DrMaddie 💜 she works with Dr Ali and super kind and explains things very well ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Trinity Health got rid of dermatology? Why would they do that? IHA has dramatically gone down since they sold out to Trinity Health 😕. Extremely disappointing but not surprising
This place has turned in to an utter disgrace. I've kept my doctor for over a decade, from before she even passed boards. She was wonderful. Now she's fallen victim to the merger machine, and everyone is just a number. I can't even see her. I'm constantly passed from NP to NP. This is not the way any person should be treated, especially long term. I should have backed away when they told me I couldn't see my former doctor, Dr. Carol King, after a few years having moved away and then come back. Dr. King left shortly thereafter, with them saying she had retired. I found her practicing up near Traverse City. That speaks volumes. Patients should not have to wait over a month, sometimes two, to see their doctor, and upwards of 3-6 months for specialties. Any other practice I call, I get in within a couple weeks. Even a diagnostic test takes weeks and they want you to drive to Ypsi, Chelsea or Brighton. My doctor is in Canton, as is the ability to have those tests at the same location. I'm done doing it.
I have been seeing Dr. Murray for awhile. She is wonderful, her nurse practitioner, Ashley Martin is wonderful and Nurse Nikki who I have spoken to so many times. Wonderful team of women. Thank you all for everything.
I went to the IHA urgent care in canton and Dr. Aathar Ghannam helped me with such ease and care. She genuinely listened to my concerns and took the time to understand what i need. The urgent care is usually a dreadful place to be but because of Dr. Aathar, it is truly a better place!
came in with blisters on my face mouth hands and feet and was turned away without an insurance card or paying on site. went downstairs to urgent care and was told it would be $250 to be seen. save your time and your money and go to a place that cares about patients and not just a paycheck.
Would sincerely recommend Dr. J Gates in the PCP clinic. He is compassionate, and really pushed for me when I felt like no one would listen. Still on the road to recovery, but because of him I’m able to finally get the help I need. Thank you so much Dr. Gates. I would give 20 stars if it were an option.
Came in for an RN visit today. I arrived early and checked in about 5 minutes before my scheduled time. Still, I wasn't called in for over 30 minutes. When I asked the front desk, they said they'd check, but no update came. Meanwhile, others who came after me were seen first. This was just a second dose vaccine follow-up, and during my last visit, I was told it wouldn't take much time. I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes before I was called in. That said, Sky was super cool, professional and gentle. I didn't even feel a pinch! In and out in 10 minutes. The wait was frustrating, but Sky made the actual visit smooth and easy. The clinic should definitely work on managing appointment timing better, especially for simple follow-ups.
Just multiple errors looking at the follow-up notes. Affirming things that are plain not true, and I wasn't asked about. Ignoring test results or rearranging timelines to fit their diagnosis. I'd honestly prefer they just say 'I don't know' to the runaround mental gymnastics that borders on trying to gaslight the patient into thinking they aren't really feeling what they are feeling. I guess there just aren't enough lab and research positions for all the doctors that would rather not see patients. ~Fin~

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
