List of Trinity Health Iha Medical Group, Primary Care - Cherry Hill Village's Reviews
I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic today. After being checked in and taken back to the exam room, I sat waiting for Dr. P. Meyers for 45 minutes with no updates or communication from the staff, and the doctor never arrived. Waiting nearly an hour past an appointment time without explanation is unacceptable. Poor time management and lack of communication.
IHA Cherry Hills is a very welcoming place, and most importantly, it is clean. I was there last week, and the lobby is large and very clean. The exam rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean; it is a very pleasant place to be, and the staff is friendly at all times.
Whenever I try to refill my regular medication every after 3 months through my chart to pharmacy its always denied and every time I call the office they said tell the pharmacy and pharmacy say tell the doctor it been more than one year its happening. They are not solving my problem and say we are trying to fix it but its just there bad service and too bad. The person I spoke today she said her name sheri, cherry hill
Seeing Dr. Patel is always such a pleasure. I have never liked going to the doctor as much as I do as a pt of Dr. Patel. She is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. Feeling really grateful.
I have been a patient at this practice for over 15 years and never experienced any issues until my most recent visit. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my trust in this office. I scheduled a routine annual exam, but without any clear explanation, N. Patel changed the visit to a preventive care visit and billed it under a different code, resulting in higher charges to my insurance. This felt inappropriate and misleading. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and wanted to warn others to be cautious when scheduling appointments here.
Dr Yee is a real piece of work and I would give her zero stars if I could. She is very cold and not easy to talk to. I sent her three messages thru MyChart about a prescription that I have been on for 12 years and will be on the rest of my life. She never responded to any of them and I did give her plenty of time to respond. I finally sent another message asking if she still worked for IHA Internal Medicine. She called me at home the next morning, almost screaming at me, to tell me that the RX was originally proscribed by a plastic surgeon (not true - it was proscribed by a gastro doctor after I spent 5 months in the hospital). That she only refilled my RX as a curtesy. That I needed to see a gastro doctor for the RX and that I better find another primary care doctor too. I could not believe that she could be so rude and told her that she would be the last doctor on the earth I would ever see again.
Be cautious when scheduling annual physicals at this hospital. I don't want to blame the entire IHA for the actions of a few individuals, but I have noticed a decline in quality and service recently. My wife was charged for services that she never received, and it will take you ages to reach out to right people to discuss on the billing.
I always have a great experience here with medical assistant Susan and Dr. Emily Cox. Would definitely recommend their team. Both are always very friendly, helpful, and flexible with anything I need.
I have used the doctors here for 20+ years and in the past have been satisfied but more recently (since Trinity has taken over) the service has gone downhill. My doctor seemed rushed at my last physical and charged me an additional office visit because I asked about my medications for chronic conditions. I guess that's not part of a physical? Also, the referral department is HORRIBLE! They cannot get referrals required for my Blue Care Network insurance submitted properly and I have to make repeat calls and wait weeks for referrals for tests. Recently I had to reschedule a specialist appointment 6 months out because when I checked in I was told IHA had messed up the referral.
Very late responses for med refills, put on meds only to be taken off with no explanation. Poor communication in between staff, doctors suggest a video visit only for the scheduler to then tell you they can’t do the video visit. It’s a laughable mess and they waste your time. 2 stars because some of the staff actually care and try. IHA lacks infrastructure, they’re just a cog in this sad healthcare system in the US.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
