I've invested over 4 hours and 3 visits trying to complete simple blood work and still don't have it done. If you want to be apart of security man Dan A. Social network this is the place for you. If you want basic competent medical services especially the lab, go somewhere else. Trinity should stop promoting and printing their so called misson statement and core values everywhere until they actually hire employees that exhibit these characteristics or pay more so people will at least fake it.

Went to go for labs at the canton imaging and was waiting over an hour. The staff there could careless.

Waiting period is insanely long! I am waiting 1 hr to get in room. Then additional in room I am waiting more than 1 hr and no idea when Doctor will come. Definitely understaffed and not sure worth waiting and paying. Not recommended!!! Can someone suggest better urgent care in this area?

SLOW!!!! When it comes to labs. And they never have the labs that are sent my the Dr. They blame the Dr for not faxing it, but it’s happened with both my parents and my daughter - all different Doctors. I don’t think every Dr is doing it wrong or not sending it. The common denominator is them.
