Waited 30 minutes for an appointment at 6 and finally left and right as I asked to cancel it she said we could be seen. No one was there for that whole thirty minutes. Lady seemed rude. Waste of my time . Not going back there.

Nice and friendly staff. They were very professional. The physician was caring and supportive. Wonderful experience at Beaumont Urgent Care in Canton, MI.

Update - Some woman called me later that week pretending to care, told her what happened, said she would follow back up with me later that week, never did. Toe has permanent damage that could have been avoided. Beaumont has gone to trash. Original post- Staff got the two stars, not the PA or facility. PA (no actual DO or MD there), was rude, lacked bedside manner or the ability to comprehend basic questions and give medical help. I'll go back to Plymouth Urgent Care from now on so my time and money are not wasted. I also don't appreciate companies that ask for you to contact them before creating a review if you've had a negative experience. Doesn't change how I was treated or the lack of "care" received, so I will update if they contact me, but what does that change? Still cost me twice as much because I had to go somewhere else and work was missed as a result. Gonna reimburse my lost wages, medical expenses and time? If not, then you can't make anything right. This is the review they earned.

Rosalyn was awesome! Made feel comfortable and she genuinely seemed concerned. The doctor was also kind and very helpful. Water, and tea and hot cocoa is complimentary. Not sure if they keepnthe refills in the back, but if you ask I'm sure they would assist you. I got in and out pretty quickly.

My experience was excellent! Made an appt, did the check in online. Was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff was courteous, friendly and very attentive. As always Beaumont rocks!!

Literally what a wonderful urgent care , honestly the best and coolest staff Came in at 7:15 and unfortunately they had to stay after 8 for me . I felt so bad but they didnt care , they were so happy to help . Very professional but sooooo friendly and nice . Shout out to KIM , Toniecha ( forgive me if I misspelled it ) and Tyson ! Y’all are so awesome ! And i thank you for being extremely kind and human before everything! Definitely will be the only urgent care i wanna go to !
