List of Wenzler David Md's Reviews
With the help of my primary care doctor, Dr. Wenzler saw me the same day I found out I had a mass on my bladder. By the following Monday I had surgery. I've been clear for 6 months. Dr. Wenzler does not have the best "bedside" manner but is very thorough and tells you like it is. He's been good to me and I've never waited longer than 5-10 minutes to see him. He is very good and educated. I trust and recommend him.
Really disorganized place. Went to the office for a kidney stone. Was told that I would need to get an xray to see if I needed surgery to disintegrate the stone, or if it needed to be done in ultrasound. They still scheduled a surgery appointment, and told me they would cancel if they needed to do ultrasound (that's fine). The office didn't followup with me after a week. I took the xray in the same building as Dr. Wenzler's office. I was told that I would have to schedule an e-visit with the Dr. to discuss the x-ray. When the scheduled day and time came, I was supposed to get a link to get a video meeting with the doctor. The link never came. I called the office three times to let them know that I didn't get a link. I was told to keep waiting. Twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment passed, when I called the last time, I was told that the doctor was in surgery and couldn't make the meeting. I decided at that point to cancel the surgery and any follow-up appointments because I couldn't trust the organization of the office. I spoke with the person that scheduled the surgery, they asked why I was cancelling my appointments, and I told her. She apologized and said that she cancelled the surgery. I then received a call from Dr. Wenzler about an hour later (this I appreciated), apologizing and asking if there was anything he could do to have me come back. I said that there wasn't, and sought out another provider. About a week before the cancelled surgery I get a call reminding me that I have surgery. I told them that I cancelled the surgery before. They said that they didn't have a note of it. I get a call today from the same person that I called to cancel my surgery, and she re-asks why I cancelled. Seriously. Get your stuff together. No-one wants to work with a doctor that can't keep appointments and can't figure out what's going on. There are a ton of other doctors out there that know how to keep track of things.
Went in to see what options I had to remove a kidney stone. Was told to get x-rays, and scheduled surgery to remove the stone. Was also told that if they couldn't find the stone they could try to disintegrate it with ultrasound. Had the x-ray done the same day. Had to follow up to see when I could get the results of the x-ray. Had an e-visit. Called three times to get the e-visit link. Never came. Was told that the doctor was in surgery. Why waste my time? Why did I have to micro-manage the scheduling and follow-up? Canceled the e-visit and surgery. Don't trust this person. Awful. Definitely find somebody else. There are a TON of other urologists around.

He let my grandmother suffer severely for months after a procedure and told her he couldn’t do anything for her. She went to someone else and the issue was corrected in one visit. She will never go back to him again.
Went to er with kidney stone and saw Dr Wenzler. I was not impressed with his explanation of my procedure. Discharge instructions said to call if I experienced one of the issues listed, which I did. Never got a call back. Waited 35 minutes in office for my follow up visit. During my brief time with me, he never made eye contact and had no answers for most of my questions. He told me to schedule an ultrasound. Went hone to check my schedule. Called a week of 2 later to schedule the test and was told he needed to see me. Made an appointment, waited for 40 min. When he finally came into the room, he spent one minute with me and told me I needed an ultrasound. Had to pay for an office visit just to hear him repeat what he told me on the previous visit. Had the ultrasound 3 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten the results. Called the office 11 times and no one answered. Finally called a different number and set up a tele- med call. Call was scheduled for 3:45. At 4:30 my phone rang and went to answer it after the second ring and he had already hung up. Left no message and I’m back to trying to call his office with no one answering. Ridiculous!! Other doctors Ive been to who required me to have tests have always called with the results.
Absolutely the worst ran doctors office I have ever dealt with. Save your time and frustration, find a different urologist!!!
dr. wenzler was awesome to work with! i do not have a typical situation physically and he did not hesitate to take care of me! i look forward to continue working with him. i would and have already recommended him to family members who have similar needs!!
Good doctor. Professional.
My husband and I went to see Dr. Wenzler as a second opinion and we were so impressed that we are staying with him. His education is very impressive as well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
