Dr. Rollins has been my PCP for many years. I have always been able to get an appointment right away. His staff has always been lovely. He listens to what you say and explains his diagnosis of the situation clearly. Prescription refill and document requests are handled quickly. I went through several PCPs before Dr. Rollins and he is easily the best I encountered.

I went and was snapped at because I had a slight fever. When I told him that my stomach has been having problems and gave him a list of everything that has irritated it, he glanced at it and just said that I need the COVID Test because of the fever. I told him that the stomach problems had been going on for over 2 weeks at that point. He disregarded what I was saying and then sent me to get the test. He didn’t do anything to try and help me find the source of the problem. He ordered a lab test that I couldn’t use because I didn’t need to and now his office has billed me $113 for services rendered. What service did you provide? You did absolutely nothing to help me. The bill is for taking my blood pressure and weight... I didn’t have COVID either. What a crock. If you want a quality doctor, I recommend that you look elsewhere. Such a disappointment.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rollins for around 25 years. I love his staff. They always try and accommodate a last minute appointment when I'm sick. Dr. Rollins is a good PCP who works well with my other providers.

This is the best doctor I have ever had. He cares about his patients, all of them. His staff is fantastic, Mary and Gail are the best of the best. Highly highly recommended....if you want a doctor who cares.
