It was my first time going here and the doctor was really nice. He listened to my concerns and was very polite knowing I was a little scared. Overall if I had any concerns they were addressed and were taken care of.

Lobby was extremely crowed. This office is in with another doctor’s office - a primary care physician. That is my only major complaint. The office staff was very friendly and the wait wasn’t horrible. The doctor, Dr. Roberts, was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. However, I saw him for literally two minutes. I felt I didn’t really have a chance to ask questions, but that’s probably my fault for not being more assertive. Overall, I was happy with the outcome.

Dr. Roberts is an excellent dermatologist. My husband had a lesion that was basal cell cancer. Dr. Roberts removed the lesion, and it healed up without a scar. And there has been no recurrence. When I went in to have a growth removed, it was painless, and took 2 minutes. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Appointment started a half hour late, which I could deal with, except for the fact that when the doctor came in the room he was totally wrong about why I was there today, and then he made it very clear that he did not have time to take care of all of my issues because he was running behind. He then made a very rapid diagnosis of my problem And prescribed medication’s without adequately discussing them with me. His entire time with me was not adequate to handle my concerns. I may give his office one more try before moving on to another dermatologist, but as of right now I’m quite disappointed.
