Dr. Stephen Near's Online Review Report Card

This Doctor only cares about being liked. He thinks he's a hot shot and acts like it. He let me do unnecessary and invasive fertility treatments for months while he went to Florida - only to call me and tell me I need surgery. Then AGAIN my scans were showing something problematic. It took 5 months for him to actually even do anything about it. 5 months of unnecessary treatments that were avoidable. It turns out it was likely a side effect I wasn't told about of a surgery he gave me. He didn't even call me and tell me himself when the results came and just referred we to another doctor. Donna is absolutely incredible. She has a lot on her plate and does so much all on her own. She gives up her weekends and goes above and beyond to help patients out. Dr. Will is extremely lucky to have such a dedicated and hard-working Nurse running his clinic. It would be unbearable without her and I truly hope she is appreciated and recognized for all she does to keep things running smoothly there for him.

Dr will is an excellent doctor. However, the fertility clinic needs a complete overhaul. Donna (rn) has zero affability or compassion. Personality of a wet noodle. Which is lovely when you’re going through fertility issues. This is also the only clinic in Ontario that you need to pay a consultation fee! Save your time and money, go anywhere else!!!

Dr. Will is the best - He saved my life and I thank him for this. The best Dr. SO Kind, caring, smart and compassionate. I am So grateful for him!

He is an amazing dr, I’ve met few gynaecologist he is by far the most nice person i met.I wanted to have a third baby and there was lots of delay he took it serious investigate deeply and helped me.He followed up with me all through my pregnancy, and when it was Time for delivery,I was normal labour and he wasn’t on call .They called him he came and delivered me, he is fast in taking decisions. And i got my baby boy, it was the 1rst time having baby in Canada and i was lucky to have him as my Gynaecologist. He even helped me to put my IUD and his hands are light ,I didn’t feel a thing. I’m so great full to him and i highly recommend him. He makes you feel comfortable and he is very friendly.

Saw him because my family doctor referred me to him because there was a concern of endometriosis, first visit seemed okay. As soon as i made it clear to him i wasn't interested in having children he was no longer interested in helping me. His fix for everything is pressuring you to get an IUD or go on the pill, it took me seeing a doctor that stood in for him while he was on vacation to get my constant spotting/bleeding solved. In the end nothing got accomplished and i won't be seeing him again

I cried the first time I met Dr. Will because he's the first doctor in my life that has taken my PCOS symptoms seriously, not just my fertility. He truly cares and it shows. He's always running late, but it's worth it.

Doctor Will doesn't even know the difference between a baby laying on it's back, side or tummy! HA he is a joke! Dr O has to save the day for him most births!

Dr Wills is the best doctor for delivering babies there is.. He will have you laughing through the whole pregnancy. He is a bjt of a wait but worth it.. I felt very at ease with him.

Delivered my boy that an emergency doctor told me I lost. Always is kind patient and listens to your needs.

Absolutely fantastic, best doctor I have ever had. Seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing and was able to fix my problem
