Dr Shackelton is one of a kind. He is highly skilled, educated and qualified. He goes far above and beyond for his patients. He made a very difficult situation tolerable by his availability, caring and patience. He's the best you will ever find.

Recently had a procedure with Dr. Shackelton and was pleased with his education, experience and sensitivity. His focus, and that of his assistants, on my comfort was greatly appreciated. He is very friendly, and clear in describing what he is doing, and after surgery home care. I thank Sheila Roach for referring me to him for the procedure.

We are very fortunate to have Dr. Shackelton in the Reno area. His credentials are stellar. He is a young dedicated and well educated doctor. He is personable, punctual, and approachable. He listens attentively to questions and gives complete and patient (even to dumb questions) answers. I highly recommend him.

A charming Doctor! I had two shave biopsies done and discussed treating my dermatitis and very dry skin. Regardless of the biopsy outcome I feel comfortable and confident that I've found an excellent physician. I saw Dr. Shackelton 5 days ago and am showing good improvement already with my dermatitis ointment. I'm also very thankful for the doctor's recommendation of an effective otc moisturizer. I've used many brands, some very expensive, but this one made all the difference.

Dr. Shackelton is a fantastic doctor. He successfully diagnosed and treated me for a skin condition I had been living with uncomfortably for years and which three other dermatologists in the area had failed to accurately diagnose. He has always been attentive and thoughtful during my appointments. I have recommended him to several friends and acquaintances who have all been extremely satisfied as well. I am so glad that someone (and credentials to boot!) has settled in the Reno area.
