I have been receiving my hearing(aid) care at this location for numerous years now… although Audiologists may have changed hands over the years, the care and respect given by the provider(s) and staff have always been wonderful! 10/27/2023 - OK this post I’m putting the date on it. Apparently I’ve already posted a review for this business. But I don’t know how long ago it was, as I did not date on my previous post. not much has changed in the way of service as was previously mentioned. I would like to share that this particular day, all of the patients that were scheduled were double booked up because the provider needed to catch an emergency flight out that day. everyone that I saw that day seemed willing and gracious to do what they needed to do to help the doc get out of town. I witnessed the receptionist - From Fallon (I don’t know what her title is Exactly) She’s very thorough very understanding and extraordinarily patient. She had an elder that could not hear, her connection to her Bluetooth and not working. She was very distraught and the admin was just wonderfully patient with her and came to a happy ending , and that was nice to see .
