I’ve been going here for 8 years and when I moved from Pennsylvania was concerned about finding a good fit. I see Dr. Toma and he is such a great doctor. The best part is if you can’t get into your regular physician at the last minute, you can see other terrific doctors. Never had a bad one! Thanks…

Michigan Medicine doctors and staff DO NOT CARE about their patients. I complained TWICE about refills (for a medication I desperately need) NOT being sent to the pharmacy within THEIR OWN 48 hour turnaround time. This clinic took FOUR DAYS to refill my scripts (I have proof of this), and it happened TWICE, which is unacceptable. Before that, they caused a delay by having an unlicensed provider try to call in the script. After all this, I voiced my disappointment FIRMLY on the patient portal, but then I was dismissed from the practice solely for calling them out on their own mistakes. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Thank you so much to the lab staff, who assisted with a blood draw for my adult son, living with complex nonverbal autism. They listened to me as his guardian, were responsive and compassionate, and made the experience smooth and successful.

I LOVE my doctors office! I have been coming here for so many years and Dr. Oshman is the best!! Also a shout out to Dr. Roe! And the nurses! The lady in medical records is always awesome and has helped me tremendously! Thank you everyone at this office for being so wonderful and kind!!❤️❤️

I have a great Dr. Her physicians assistance s are very good doctors also. Doctor's in progress. I'm not sure how to word them. But all Drs have been the best care I've gotten in a long time. I wouldn't change anything. Doing a great job. I love Chelsea family medicine. Thank you everyone...

Too anyone who reads reviews I'm begging u too find a different medical team ... They are negligent in care Dr.Laurel G.. Is one of the worst So Called Dr. And dont Call Patient rep... Cuz they clearly are not looking out for patients

I had been going to this facility for 10 years in the beginning it wasn't bad for a teaching facility but just this past year 2021 I started having issues with the doctors not listening to me I had blood pressure problems with it dropping low it took four visits into the office before somebody decided to check into it they also have a tendency to put statements in your visit summary that you did not actually say I faithfully did stool samples every year and it's just the standard scrape putting a bottle send here it is 2022 I switched doctors and for my yearly stool Henry Ford doctors have cologuards sent to you so I did call a guard and it come back positive so I had to have a colonoscopy and it come back there was some cancer in a polyp this facility is neglecting to do the absolutely best for the patients do not rely on them it's a very disappointing that they are associated with the University of Michigan and they failed me and I'm sure others

These doctors tend to say they care but cause more issues than needed. The doctor made false statements, false allegations and will NOT ever have a good word said from my mouth, that's for sure. She endangered my child! I am far from happy and will be transferring our care elsewhere!
