Very clean, and beautiful hospital. The staff is very friendly, and sweet. I was there for business reasons, but if I ever need to-God forbid-go to a hospital, I would choose this one.

Wouldn’t recommend it as a place of employment and for sure would not send family or friends there if you want them to survive. Worst hospital imaginable. It’s crazy they are still operating

Sat 3 hours in the ER was placed in a room another hour passes. Asked when I can get seen they could not give me an answer. I left and will not go back

I went to Motts after my daughter broke out in hives ALL over her body. They wouldn’t even do a blood test or give her IV fluids after I told them I couldn’t get her to drink anything. I was there for 7 hours and told to simply give my daughter Motrin. Ridiculous. Went to Chelsea Hospital and they immediately did a blood test and hooked her to IV fluids. My daughter started to look human again and I am so relieved. They answered all of my concerns and they we so kind to my daughter. Connor was very nice, all of the staff was.

I can't thank the staff enough. My mother received the best care, every one was so kind and caring. They made sure she was comfortable and had what she needed to get thru her surgery, recovery and over night stay.

Unbelievable! brought my son in fir surgery was told to BE EARLY got here at 6am signed in at 630. Sat in the waiting room until 730 with no call. When I go to the front desk where I had previously signed in, they had no idea we were there.

My wife was there for 2 weeks for rehab after brain surgery, I must say, that hospital is the best facility I've ever seen, everything about our experience was excellent, staff was excellent, food was good

Have never been here and had to go to the ER tonight. I had 3 different nurses who were all outstanding and extremely kind. I had John for the longest amount of time. My doctor was awesome (Dr. Carruthers) very thorough, treated me with empathy and like he truly cared about my diagnosis, even though he was very busy with other people as well. I was here for a long time but what ER do you go to that you aren’t? Overall good experience.
