Signed up with Dr. French as I obtained my new personally funded BCN coverage. Visited the office, picked up the Patient History paperwork, then had to wait 2-1/2 months for the appointment. A week before the scheduled appointment, got notification from BCN that "You selected and invalid primary care physician"... even though he was in the 'Physicians accepting new patients" booklet and I had made arrangements and gone to the trouble to pick up the patient history materials. I called Dr French's office and was informed that they have no record of my appointment. So instead of having my PCP in Chelsea (10 miles away from my home), I have been ASSIGNED a doctor in Howell - 23 miles from my home. THANK YOU DR FRENCH's STAFF.

He has been the most passionate and caring doctor. He actually listend. Asked questions, and cared on how i felt. He was patient and just the greatest doctor i have ever had. And he wasn't even getting paid for his time assisting me. I was so glad i had him to help me.
