Best ever

Staff is rude, treat mental illness as lesser humans. Bounced around from doctor to doctor, primary care keeps leaving.

While the care we have received has overall been ok, we will be looking for care elsewhere. The staff is rude, phone calls are NEVER returned, and we NEVER see our primary care physician. Instead, we are pawned off on trainee doctors. A simple request to have sleep study records sent to the END was dismissed. We were told the records were semt; they were not. Poorly managed practice.

I always see a different doctor, so I dont have one person who gets to know me, which would help, I think. I have anxiety and depression and so they treat me like a mental case, and make me feel like I cant have any other issue. Talked to 2 doctors recently about problems I was havi ng, first said it was because I stopped taking my meds, second said it was because I was constipated. Went to ER and they found a growth on my uterus...so great they didnt take me seriously here...There was one doctor that pretty much saved my daughter the 3rd day of her life, and that's the only time I was very happy. But overall, this place makes me feel worse. I'll be going somewhere else now.

This Medical Center is reproachful, rude and disrespectful to the public and does a bad job with prescription orders, insults patients with derogatory terms. Does not follow through with their commitments, does not respect paitents privacy and I would never bring my Family there. They are a discrace to The U-M & the art of being a Physician. I have zero respect for this place, they are bad to The Public.

Staff is extremely rude and you never actually see your primary care physician. You’re better off selecting a different doctors office.

I have attended the Chelsea Family Practice since the late 1980s. The staff has always been gracious, cheerful, and helpful. When I needed to be seen on an urgent matter the schedulers always did their best to "squeeze" me in to see my Primary Care physician. If that doctor was not available they would suggest other doctors in the office who had openings. So yes, sometimes it was necessary to be flexible. That was not the staff's fault, that was because I needed to be seen in a hurry. I now live in Florida and I still travel home to see my Primary Care physician at the Chelsea Family Practice.
