As someone who has gone to this office since I was a child, Ebert has an unpleasant disposition and poor bedside manner. Insensitive and ignorant to the actual needs of her patients. Lacks urgency to treat ongoing health issues to the point that I am now in a position where I could go to the ER any day now. Very apathetic, I feel I am not taken seriously at all. Most of the time the women at the front desks are very nice and pleasant except for one woman. She makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience to her and VERY rude every time I call (which has been incredibly often because my ongoing health issues that aren't being taken care of).

She misdiagnosed me three different times, which resulted me in taking years to get proper treatment for my actual conditions. She acted annoyed when I brought up multiple health issues as if I were taking too much of her time. She also has a cold, off-putting personality that makes me feel like she's not actually interested in helping me. Terrible doctor, unpleasant person. Also, her receptionist is very rude and acts like clients are a burden to her.

Dr is a pathetic diagnostician I'm not sure how she gets good ratings I have to diagnose - then she is reluctant to treat She is not a doctor

Treatment is top notch she treats a friend of mine and she has nothing but good things to say about her in fact every one I know that she is treating says that she listens to you, so so hard to get a doctor who is down to earth and the entire staff is amazing including Dr.Teal thanks guys for home town care that rises above expectations of today's world. Gotta love that office everyone is so very much compassionate.
