If you feel ill and call the office , you reach a call center that transfers you to the office who will not give you a same day appointment. Call each day at 8 am and take your chances one will be available. A horse race policy! You cannot reach Dr. Lambrecht even if you have been a long time patient. You are directed to go to an urgent care. You are offered an appointment a month away. Told she has a heavy patient load .

You will not find a more concerned and caring individual

Dr. Lambrecht is the best MD I have ever known, she has a great nursing staff. The only problem for me is the entrance is not wheelchair accessible, it's very difficult for me to get in and out of the office.

Professional staff, super clean waiting and treatment area, fast and efficient check in process, thorough, informative and comfortable treatment by all staff members. I saw Dr.Lambrecht, who listened patiently, offered options, and answered all of my questions with care and confidence. I felt better just knowing I was being heard and highly recommend this practice.*UPDATE* 2/09/2023 Let me start by admitting that I am not by any means an "easy" patient. My issues tend to be elusive and hard to treat. I have had to call the office everyday for over a week for medical advice, insurance issues, prescription changes ect. Every single call was very important to me and I really appreciate the pleasant and professional attitude from the staff. They answered all of my questions, called me back every time without fail, and never once got frustrated with me for my many interruptions to their busy days. So very thankful for Dr. Lambrecht and staff. They are truly a top notch team!!

I received a referral from the hospital for this doctor, when I called for an appointment the receptionist was very rude and mouthy and informed me that they don't take new patients and I should have known that. I made a complaint with hospital to forever take this unprofessional business off of the referral list..D

Dr. Dawn Lambrecht wasn't able to help me in 2016 when I was suffering with 2 menstrual cycles a month. I recently gave her another chance to help me with horrible menopause night sweats. I have no insurance and was told the office call was $100 and that Dr. Lambrecht could help me. I was charged $130 and am still suffering every night. I was told by the office staff the $130 was to discuss my menopause. In order for her to actually help me will cost another $130 office call and what ever the cost is for a papsmear. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Lambrecht unless you have money to throw away because she probably won't be able to help you either! I also asked Dr. Lambrecht to help me with a fungus infection on my right thumb nail I have been fighting for approximately 4 years. No matter what I tried it came right back. Dr. Lambrecht prescribed Terbinafine for 30 days. The fungus infection still did not go away. I called the office and another 30 days of Terbinafine was prescribed. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription, the pharmacist told me Terbinafine should not be taken for more than 30 days without a blood test to check my liver levels. I guess Terbinafine can do serious damage to the liver if taken for more than 30 days. I thank God the pharmacy told me because no blood test was ever done! I called and left a message with the customer relations department at Ascension River District Hospital over a month ago to tell them about my horrible experience. My call was never returned!

Dr. Lambrecht is a very kind, caring doctor. I have been seeing her for years. I am very happy with her and her staff.

Dr. Lambrecht is knowledgeable, experienced and truly concerned for the well being of her patients. Her staff is competent, caring and go out of their way to meet your needs. I would not go anywhere else for my health concerns.
