My husband and I have been Dr. Gunnell patients for 4 years. He listens to our health concerns. The staff is also nice and helpful. Using the MyMI health portal makes communication, test results, etc. easy to access. Very satisfied with the nurse & doctors fast responses to questions left in portal. Happy Days Sunny Skies

My husband and I have Dr. Gunnell as our family Dr. He takes time with addressing our medical concerns. We use the portal for questions and get a fast response on the answers. As with any Dr., we as patients have to stay in charge of our own health.

I had my first appointment with dr Grinnell about 2 years ago . my appoint was at 11:00 and I waiting in the room alone until 12:35 all the staff had left for lunch . dr was still with someone else. I got to talk with him about 15 min. Three days after blood tests he cut my thyroid med in half , from 200 mg to 100 mg . My energy level is down so much. My health has deterated in the past 2 years . I am now seeing a very good PA. And would never recommend this dr to everyone!!

At first he seamed helpful. Then when you call for a script renew, he takes 3 weeks to return a call. Then it was like pulling teeth to get that. Have currently trying to get a response from him for the last week. We have been to his office a number of times and hardly has any patients there but, he WILL NOT respond to anything until after 5 o'clock pm even if it needs urgent attention.

I went in for chronic pain in neck,shoulders,back and pelvis.With constant headaches (most times migraines),numbness and tingling in arms and legs,inflammation and ruptured feeling.He walked in,took one look at me and judged me.Told me I was making it up,that other Dr's would run.He was very unprofessional.Two times seeing him,not once would he show concern or be what a Dr. should be.So seeing another Dr.,who found I had bulging disc,deterioration of disc,hernia,other issues.This Dr is a joke!!
