twice rescheduled for my appointment. this time it got cancelled 2 days before the appointment time. reasoning was "covid" no other reasoning. also front desk lady vern?? she is very unprofessional. I won't see this doctor or won't recommend to anyone.

Dr Imam is wonderful! Accommodating hours, easy to talk to, very caring. Friendly, helpful staff. I had issues for years and felt terrible all the time. With his experience and knowledge he helped me very quickly to feel well again! Thank you doctor!

Dr. Imam has been my gastrologist for many years, along with my husbands. We both find Dr. Imam and his staff very caring and professional. We feel very confident of his knowledge and ability to help with any/ all my digestive issues. We originally referred by our primary care Dr. and would highly recommend Dr. Imam.

He was referred to me by Betty Jo Rose in Lake Orion, Michigan, this evil monster is a DANGER to human life!! He did an endoscope on me and you're suppose to be "sedated OUT!" He did the procedure at PGH in Pontiac. I came to while he was performing the procedure and not being of conscious mind, I pulled the camera that was down my throat for fear of choking and not being able to breathe which ripped my esophagus! His nurse was standing at the door with arms crossed sweater draped over her shoulder WATCHING HIM abuse me in this manner him doing NOTHING but said "DON'T YOU DO THAT!" Well today I suffer with MASSIVE GASTRO complications! Heartburn & so many other complications! He did this DELIBERATELY!! BE WARE!

I have been a patient of Dr. Imam for over 20 years. I have always found him to be caring, knowledgeable and through. Also, he has an excellent RN on staff. Many of my family members are also his patients.

Dr. Imam is very kind. He speaks with you before the procedure and comes to speak with you after the procedure. He clearly explains the procedure to you. He also makes sure he answers ANY question you may have. He doesn't try to hurry you through any procedure he performs(unlike the majority of physicians in this field). He is very compassionate about his patients. I wish there were more doctors like him.

The doctor seemed that he had other more important things to do than to provide us much needed information regarding our problem. I would not recommend going to him. If zero stars was an option I would have rated him lower.

Dr. Imam has been taking care of me for four years, beginning with my first colonoscopy. I had put it off for 10 years, out of fear. When I went into the office to make my appointment, his nurse sensed my apprehension and offered to have me meet Dr. Imam on the spot. Upon entering his private office, Dr. Imam stood to greet me and shook my hand...very "old world" manners. I lost half my fear instantly. At the clinic for the colonoscopy, he met with me beforehand to calm my fears and to answer any questions my husband and I had. Afterward, he did the same, with both of us in the conversation. A year later, I was referred back to Dr. Imam for acid reflux. I had been waking in the night with choking episodes. He patiently explained that I was lucky to have been able to clear my airway every time, not everybody does. He put me on medication, and the choking stopped...perhaps saving my life. He also performed an endoscopy, and he was the soul of patience with us again. I highly recommend Dr. Imam!
