I would highly recommend Dr Kumar! He is very professional, an amazing physician and a wonderful person!

Dr. Kumar is a good listener. But getting your test results is really bad. Waiting 2 weeks to find out your results is unacceptable especially when it’s invasive cancer.

I left multiple messages with no call back. Was hung up on twice. Receptionist were very rude. Still to this day have no answers😠

Your number will not accept messages! I need the doctor to OK a refill for cephalaxin. Walgreens has been trying to reach him for an OK. What is the story here. I will have cystitis all the time without this med.

This office at Rochester Hills is overbooked, over scheduled, and inadequately staffed in the front office. Wait times once prepped for a procedure are excessively long, and wait times, once in the office, are excessively long. Other patients have left the office frustrated after waiting too long. The front office is inadequately staffed - being put on hold for over 5-6 minutes is the norm.

Horrendous experience! The PA visit was delightful, very informative, but when it came time to have a stent in kidney replaced, he decided to remove it without replacing it and apparently didntlook at the patient's history and the IMPORTANCE of having a stent in this patient 12 hours after the stent removal, severe pain, called clinic, NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. Called 2 more times and NO RETURN call on a patient experiencing pain associated with stent Removal. Two days later ended up in ER, battery of tests to discover patient needles stent to survive!!!!! New Urologist assigned. Dr Kumar, still hasn't contacted us!!! Patient still having complications from Dr Kumar's error in judgement at the pain of the patient. NEVER, EVER, go to this clinic. Unprofessinal staff and surgical unit feels non-sterile for procedures !!!

Terrible experience. Rude staff, rude doctor. Also, the office smelled like a veterinarian's office. Wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone.

My son was treated by Dr. Kumar for kidney stone. He went to the Troy Beaumont emergency room and Dr Kumar put a stent and told him to go to his office to laser the stone. He went to his office but was told they can’t laser his stone because it was behind his kidney and told to make appointment in 3 weeks . In the meantime he is suffering from discomfort. This doctor will sacrifice patients well being to make money. He could have done the procedure in the hospital the next day after he was admit

So bad. I was misdiagnosed and treated for almost a year for a condition I didn't have. I had chronic testicular pain and was "diagnosed" with epididymitis. I had multiple scrotal ultrasounds, multiple antibiotics, different anti inflamatories and pain meds - nothing helped. his only suggestion was for me to use hot packs for my chronic testicular pain... I eventually got a referral to UofM. in one appointment I learned I was misdiagnosed and on my way to recovery. astounding. truly.

Had bladder suspension surgery in fall of 2017. My husband called out to him asking how surgery went when he walked by while I was in recovery area, and all he said it went fine as he continued walking. Very disappointed. Office staff confused about what insurances each doctor takes, and don't write any info down when you call. Consequently they ask multiple times what your name is and if you've been there before. Will be looking for a new doctor.
