Doctor Shermaterro did a tonsillectomy on my 8 yr old, everything went perfect & no more missed school for the constant step throat due to enlarged tonsils! That was in 2015. Going back with my now 6 year old due to a constant ear infection in his right ear ☹. He will probably need at least one tube, but I'm not even worried because the trust from the last time. I'll be back with my little man's experience.

Well i just took my 6 and 7 year old there today and the doctor screamed at my 6 year old for asking him a question about the big machine in the room. I asked him to please not yell at my kid and he screamed at me and told me to control him then he then proceeded to point his finger in my face and scream at me. He is supposed to be doing surgery on my 3 year old on the 23rd and that will not be happening. He was very rude and completely unprofessional. Most horrible experience me or my children have ever had with any kind of doctor.

Dr. Shermetaro is a wonderful doctor! He removed my son’s adenoids and I even recommended him to my mom for a polyp in her sinus cavity! Great job and no complications! Great staff too!

I have nothing but good feelings after being at Dr/ Shermetaro's office. He listens, he offers solutions, and I have no problems getting an appointment. I visit him for his knowledge, not for his staff, who are very efficient.

My doctor sent me to Dr. S because I had ear pain and no ear infection. Dr. S wouldn't even give me the time of day and I was in agonizing pain. I went back to my regular doctor and he sent me back to Dr. S knowing something else had to be going on and once again Dr. S blew my symptoms and pain off. Thankfully my doctor discovered I had mastoiditis and could have died with it going undiagnosed for so long. That is suppose to be Dr. S's job, that is an ENT thing to diagnosed and he couldn't even do that and risked my life for his ignorance and aragence. See Asha Downs instead.
