Dr. Jennifer Caudill is an exceptional physician, along with her staff. Just had my 1st visit, cryotherapy. She explained procedure thoroughly. She also possesses a natural personality at putting patients at ease, at least me. I liked her professionalism and sense of humor.

Very disappointed during my recent visit with Dr Caudill. She was extremely rushed. Didn’t have time to address any of my concerns or offer explanation of diagnosis. When she realized, I was concerned she said “It probably won’t happen.” Not sure, if I’ll return?

I recently moved to the area and needed a new dermatologist. I am freckly and needed a full body scan/cancer screening. I also have melasma that I'd like to keep under control. The front office staff was easy to work with and got me an appointment within a couple weeks of calling. For my visit, the staff was again very attentive and friendly. I saw the doctor for my skin scan and she was in a hurry, but seemed to do a thorough job. She addressed my melasma concerns as well. I plan to see her again for this. I would recommend this doctor - even with her not giving me a lot of her time, I feel she did a good job.

Dr. Caudill is incredible! Very knowledgable, proficient, on time, and I highly recommend her.

My husband was seen by Dr. Caudill on two occasions, winter of 2019 and first of June 2022. He had a dark brown irregular spot under his left eye. Second appointment was for a similar type spot on the left temple. He was referred to U of M for treatment of melanoma, surgery to remove the melanoma then reconstruction surgery. So she decides the left temple could be biopsied but she didn't think it was melanoma but she went ahead with another biopsy. Pathology of the tissue did indeed indicate another melanoma area of the left temple. Why didn't she see it two years ago? She was asked to look at his back for spots, that cursory exam entailed 3 secs of looking while he moved from chair to table. Neither time did she do a full body skin exam. They did the first time at U of M dermatology. I went to see her for a skin check myself, she asked what I was there for, I had a couple areas of concern, but was never given a skin exam. Two of our adult children went to her and she did a complete body skin exam on them.What's the difference? AGE? Medicare? That is discrimination.Yesterday we had an appointment for second opinion and this dermatologist did a complete exam with a lighted magnifying glass. She found another area on the left neck and did a biopsy. She also expressed concern of discoloration on the low back. ( the reason for a full body exam)We will be having the area of melanoma excised and plastic surgery repair done in Grand Blanc, and not have to travel to Ann Arbor and run all over the hospital to see several practitioners.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Love Kenzie! So knowledgeable and kind. I was bit by a dog when I was 2 and it left a nasty scar on my face. She helped me smooth out the scar. It looks soooo much better now. Great to finally find a simple solution.

I am grateful to have had a tremendously positive experience with Dr. Caudill and the wonderful staff. They were very honest, straightforward, and supportive throughout.
