Dr. French cares about her patients and mskes good use of the patient portal. Often refill and other requests or questions are taken care of the same day!

I had my first visit with Dr. French. Office staff was friendly and efficient. I didn't wait long in the waiting room or in the office. Dr. French was thorough and caring. She explained test results, medications and their possible side effects and helped me make informed decisions about my health.

Very easy to talk to. Once she comes in your room you have her undivided attention. Gets back with you fast rather it be by portal, phone or other ways fast. Takes on patients like me who have a lot of medical problems.

This woman in such a short time has shown me that there are still medical professionals out there who care. She is truly amazing, she helps me through so much. I have medical conditions in which she helps me through and helps me understand when no one has before. The facility is also amazing; clean, welcoming, and organized. You won't regret coming here or seeing Dr. French!

I really like Dr. French. She is very personable, caring. She listens to what I want. Doesn't make me take medication I don't feel comfortable taking, like prolia. Have been going to her for years.

Dr. French did nothing to help my mother who was misdiagnosed even with a known past history. Any intelligent, caring doctor would of done early screening. Not just send them to physical therapy! Find another doctor quickly. She is terrible and untrustworthy. My mother pleaded with this doctor to find out what is going on. At that point, my mother had to work with the assistant on beginning further testing! This doctor didn’t even have the nerve to show her face again. This doctor did more of a disservice. Doesn’t even deserve a single star.

Dr. French is a caring and knowledgeable doctor, I’ve been going to her for 20 years..I highly recommend her.

Dr French is awesome. She responds promptly to messages on the portal and to refill requests. When I go, I leave satisfied that I was listened to. She refers me when needed and is very knowledgeable. Best Doctor ever!

New to the area. I asked if I could make an appointment for today, and receptionist asked for my date of birth. I've never been seen there before, but perhaps either 1- she's putting me into the computer (as my specialist did when I was new) or 2- she'll realize that I'm a new patient. She asked for my name and date of birth again. I explained that I'm not in the computer and her response? "That would have been nice to know up front!" I was like, huh? She said, "most patients announce that they're new." I apologized for not getting the memo and she said, "either way, we can't get you in today." and hung up. But you could get me in initially when you were asking for my date of birth and name at the beginning of the call??
