I switched over to Dr. Lajoie a few years back when my previous family doctor retired. She is one of the few doctors I’ve had that takes the time to listen to my concerns, help me address things that might be attributing to other issues and overall feel better about my health. It’s nice to have a doctor who wants to help you every step of the way rather than throw medication at you and call it a day.

She is extremely nice and takes time to listen to you and your problems. The first time I went to her my mother came with me (I was 18), and she was so impressed by Dr. Lajoie that she switched to her as a primary care doctor! Overall she is very kind and comforting.

I've tried several times to make an appointment but she is never available. The receptionists on the phone are very rude and inconsistent. One will tell me one thing and then I call back and another girl will tell me something completely different. Will not be trying to get an appointment with this place again!

Find her very helpful and thorough. She sees my children and me. Very organized office.

I like her as a person but as a doctor I don't trust her. She had me take a test for something and then at a later date when "I" brought it up again she told me the test doesn't check for that! She told me that an X-ray looked good when I never had one. She had me get an ultrasound for something and never got the results for it and blew it off, well now I'm being checked for cancer there! I have an oncologist already because I already had another kind of cancer and HE is the one having me get the right kind of testing. So...in the end, I'm doctor shopping. You HAVE to trust your doctor. I do NOT recommend Lori at all. Again, nice person but not a good doctor from my experiences.
